Amplify Austin's 24 hours of giving with matching donations is continuing through 6pm TODAY! Funds donated will be doubled to benefit the 27 dogs and 89 cats in our care right now and will enable us to help more homeless pets! We are sharing Butternut and Petey Pie's story below to illustrate how your donation transforms the lives of our rescued cats and dogs.

These tiny kittens were so sick they had a one hour euthanasia deadline at a local shelter outside of Austin. Their foster worked hard to keep them alive. Little Pete Pie was the weaker of the two and needed to be syringe fed every 1-2 hours for a month. Butternut's eyes were so infected. Our vet did everything they could to save his eyes but he ended up needing an emergency eye enucleation surgery. But see their amazing health transformation below! Happy, plump, healthy kitties! Donations truly transform the health of our rescued pets! Butternut, who lost his eyes, is in a loving forever home.  Petey Pie is still spoiled rotten by his foster.

Kitten season is coming and we will rescue hundreds of abandoned cats and kittens like Petey Pie and Butternut who need our help!

If you have already given, THANK YOU! Your support means so much to us and the cats and dogs who are in our care.

If you haven't had a chance, please consider taking advantage of today's matching opportunities. $10 turns into $20! $50 turns into $100!  And when you enter #LoveTitos at checkout, they chip in another $5.00!

Donate through Amplify Austin to Amplify your donation with matching dollars!

Thank you for joining us in learning how you help us impact the life of homeless pets. And we promise, these animals truly bless the  lives of the humans who adopt them!

New Hope Animal Rescue saves the lives of dogs and cats that are at risk of being killed in shelters. Whether an animal has been discarded or overlooked due to age, breed or health status, we provide the medical care and emotional rehabilitation needed prior to adoption. We also encourage our community to play a role in reducing shelter overcrowding by educating around the importance of spaying and neutering beloved pets.
