Meet Fozzie. He was Found Roaming the Streets with an Imbedded Collar and Chain Wrapped Tightly Around His Chest.
Dogs like Fozzie are given a second chance at life thanks to you! Fozzie was missing most of his fur and had an injury to his neck from an imbedded collar. He was so neglected, his owners didn't realize he had outgrown his collar which was now cutting into his skin. He also had a torn and bloody ear and a chain tightly wrapped around his chest. We will never know if he broke free or was set loose, but Fozzie found himself in a kill shelter with no rescue interest until we heard his story. Fozzie is such a sweet and forgiving boy with so much love to give! And sadly, his story is extremely common. Thank you for helping us save countless neglected and abandoned dogs and cats like him.
