Lick Jagger Swooped off the Euthanasia List for What Was Thought by Staff to Have 'No Jaw' and into the Arms of Hope! New Hope!
Lick Jagger is just one of the many urgent cases we've tackled lately, but he's not alone. Our recent feats include rescuing a pup hit by a car on Tuesday, a puppy hiding out in the cat stray hold room on Easter Sunday, a 2 pound puppy hanging out in the middle of the road, a kitty with ears so infected they will require removal, Dylan [below] the kitty who had to have his eye removed from prior trauma, and countless other sick and injured animals but all stories of love, resilience and hope! Hope made possible by our fosters and our donors and volunteers!

But Healthy Hans Reminds Us That Rehabilitation is Not Always Medical!
Hans was PERFECT. Almost. Insecure on a leash, his reaction and redirection of fear when around other dogs while leashed was something to be taken seriously. So he went to a trainer we trust and that allowed him to build a strong foundation his amazing adopters could work with before joining their home and they were in touch with her and us every step of the way. But we did recently pay off our training bill of $800 and could really use your support to replenish funding. Hans is adopted and so loved and thriving! We love the photos we receive living his best life!
