Unleashing Hope for Roxy, JJ and Pope
Imagine the heartbreaking sight of a terrified mamma dog Roxy and her day-old puppies, bouncing around in the back of a dirty pick-up truck. This was the dire situation we encountered when Roxy and her precious puppies Pope and JJ were brought to a rural shelter that was in the midst of a devastating distemper outbreak. The outcome for Roxy and her puppies would have been much different if New Hope Animal Rescue hadn't sprung into action to save them.
Every day countless animals like Roxy and her puppies face critical circumstances, so today we are reaching out with an urgent plea for support to help us provide abandoned animals the vet care, love and second chance they deserve.

Roxy and her puppies were filthy, covered in fleas and very malnourished. To make matters more urgent, the shelter's distemper outbreak posed a grave threat to any dog that entered its premises. Knowing that Roxy and her vulnerable puppies would be exposed to this deadly disease if they went beyond the lobby, we refused to leave their side. With relentless determination, we sat with them in the lobby as we reached out to our network of fosters and supporters, desperately seeking help to save their lives.

Roxy and her puppies were welcomed into the loving arms of dedicated foster homes, where their transformative journey began.
