Homeless Pets Are in Urgent Need of Your Help

We just rescued Sunny and Pogo from an open intake, high euthanasia shelter last week.  They are being spayed and heartworm tested today!  This is the photo of them at the shelter where they were whining and barking in confusion - tragically, their owner never came looking for them! They arrived in our care terribly matted and will have a "spa day" very soon!  Stay tuned for details on these sweet girls!

We are reaching out during a critical time of need. Our mission to save lives is facing immense challenges, as the demand for our help has reached an all-time high this summer, while donations are at an all-time low. We urgently need your support to continue saving lives!

HOW CAN YOU HELP US SAVE LIVES?

DONATE:

Your generosity is crucial in saving the lives of animals in need. Every dollar you donate helps us rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for dogs and cats like Bastian and kittens like Misha.

Bastian was discovered abandoned in a home and taken to an animal control facility outside of Austin. He was completely emaciated and fearful, but with your support, we can provide the care and love he and others like him desperately need.

And sweet kitten Misha was one of of many cats we rescued this week from a shelter 40 minutes outside of Austin that was facing a space crisis and heartbreaking euthanasia decisions. Misha is being treated for ringworm and is one of many kittens in our care undergoing ringworm treatment.  The medication is costly and it means the cats are in our care longer before they can be made available for adoption.

FOSTER

David was at risk at a local intake shelter, and just this week, we were able to rescue him on the day they were making tough decisions for space. Thankfully, a compassionate foster stepped up to provide him with a safe and loving environment in her home. We do not have a facility or shelter and all of our rescued animals are in volunteer foster homes. Your support as a volunteer foster parent can make all the difference in giving dogs like David the chance to thrive and find their forever families.

A DONOR's LIFE SAVING IMPACT FOR SWEET HUBBELL:

A supporter saw our plea that Hubbell's life was in immediate danger at a local shelter and while she could not take on another foster dog [she already has one!], she wanted to save his life! She offered to sponsor his costly heartworm treatment to remove an extra barrier to his life being saved! Thanks to her, Hubbell is SAFE in our care now and will receive heartworm treatment through our friends at Texas Humane Heroes who provide heartworm treatment and low cost spay neuter and wellness services to pet owners, shelters and rescues like ours.

Hubbell  IS SEEKING A FOSTER if you can help! He is neutered, 45 pounds and dog and cat friendly and very gentle and house trained!  He is also available to "Foster to Adopt" through is heartworm treatment, we will guide you every step of the way!

Your contribution, whether through a donation, fostering, volunteering or adopting is essential to our mission. Please consider making a donation today or signing up to support our efforts in rescuing and caring for these vulnerable animals. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a significant impact and helps us save more lives.
