Maddie was abandoned at a park with her sister Queenie and five other small dogs, then landed in a local shelter before we brought her to safety. Despite everything sheโs been through, Maddie is an incredibly sweet girl who thrives on affection and loves to cuddle.
Sheโs house-trained and an easy house guestโbut she definitely wants to be your favorite. Maddie isn't aggressive, but sheโll growl to let other dogs know when sheโs not in the mood to share your attention. She could live peacefully with a calm, independent dog who doesnโt mind her diva moments.
Maddie tends to be shy with new people and hides under the sofa during loud or chaotic moments, so a quieter home without young children would be best for her. Sheโs a loving, loyal little companion who just wants to be someoneโs whole world.
