| Fozzie was turned into a rural kill shelter as a stray. He was found extremely under weight with an imbedded collar around his neck and chain wrapped tightly around his torso. He had a ripped ear and was missing fur which has grown back. Amazingly, Fozzie is the sweetest dog! Fozzie loves affection and loves being near his human. He enjoys playing with other dogs and is fostered around cats who he leaves alone. He enjoys good chew toys and his foster says he’s very smart and trainable. An owner with an active lifestyle who is down to snuggle would be ideal for Fozzie and he seems to be drawn to men. The foster describes his energy level as moderate to high. He understands "No" and is a gentleman about waiting for you to walk through the door first. Fozzie is a big, lovable puppy and will need someone who is willing to invest time to train him but his foster is working on some basic commands as well has leash manners. Fozzie eats his meals in a crate and sleeps in his crate at night. His foster says Fozzie is very sweet and loving!
