| Highway's name hits a little too close to home - he was rescued as a tiny baby on the side of a highway during a storm. We will never know how he got there, his cries got the attention of a New Hope volunteer who saved his life. Can we blame him for appreciating all of the comforts of home - like a warm bed and a tasty meal. He is a gentle, quiet boy who loves head rubs, but is looking for a patient, loving adopter who will give him time to open up and adjust to his new home. He would be a great companion for someone who likes to enjoy life’s quiet moments. | |
