| If you like a big, sweet, chatty and lovable lap kitty, Gramps might be for you! His goofy, oversized fangs just add to his adorable charm. His name might be Gramps but our vet estimates he could only be 3 years old. This is a bigger boy weighing almost 13 pounds. With a few white hairs peppered into his black, sleek coat, this is a calm, mature kitty just looking for a comfy place to hang and stare out a window. Gramps loves to trill to let you know he's in he mood for some affection, but if you are busy, just put on a birdy show on youtube and he can stay captivated for hours. Gramps is fostered with dogs and cats. He does occasionally pick fights with the dogs in the home to remind them who is in charge. Gramps came to us from an overcrowded shelter in south Texas that was making tough decisions to make space. We knew that being a black cat and older cat, he desperately needed rescue. So many cats still need our help so please consider adopting Gramps so we can go back and save some of his buddies!
