Note about the breed: The indicated breed is our best guess estimate based on visual characteristics, but without a DNA test, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. However, mixed-breed dogs, lovingly known as mutts, encompass a wonderful variety of traits and are often some of the most cherished and lovable companions.

Meet Henry Hippo, the adorable Boston Terrier with a heart as big as his goofy grin. Henry's journey began with a rough start when he found himself abandoned at a shelter by his previous owners when it was time to move. Confusion and sadness lingered in his eyes, but it didn't take long for this resilient pup to show us his sweetness.

Underneath that initial sadness was a wellspring of love and playfulness waiting to be unleashed. After bonding with his foster mom, Henry quickly revealed his penchant for rolling on his back, constructing forts out of pillows and blankets, and generally embodying the essence of goofiness. Each day, Henry Hippo blossoms into a lovable goofball, eager to spread joy wherever he goes.

Unfortunately, Henry's past neglect manifested in hair loss our vet attributes to prior untreated flea infestations and poor nutrition. Despite these challenges, Henry's spirit remained unbroken, and he found solace and acceptance within his foster family.

Toys and fetch are Henry's favorite pastimes, but his true happiness shines brightest when he's surrounded by the company of his human companions. While he enjoys the company of female larger female dogs, it might be best if he is your one and only. Time will tell!   Nonetheless, Henry's affectionate disposition knows no bounds, as he adores snuggles, belly rubs, and simply being near his beloved humans and even tolerates his cat friends, leaving them in peace.

House trained and crate tolerant, Henry is ready to transition to a forever home where he can be the center of attention.
