Poor Frankie was never allowed inside before he was rescued. Forced to live in a back yard where he was fed table scraps, his only refuge from the rain and cold weather was a muddy crawl space. Thankfully he is now safe with our rescue and is enjoying all the comforts a home can provide! He is doing great in his crate and is described as bouncy, sweet, snuggly dog who loves people. He also seems to want to play with other dogs. Frankie is approximately a year old, has an adorable underbite and is believed to be a chiweenie/maltese mix weighing 13 1/2 lbs.
