I'm Gemma, your new best friend in the making. At just 8 months old and 48 pounds, the rescue suspects that I'm a Blackmouth Curr and Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a heart full of sweetness and a personality that's bound to win you over.

I'm the kind of pup who thrives in a calm, loving home with a yard to explore. I'm not the most confident pup out there, but I make up for it with my gentle nature and unwavering love. Having another dog around would be a dream come true for me, as their company helps boost my confidence.

Inside the house, I'm a well-behaved and calm girl for the most part. Sure, I might indulge in a bit of puppy chewing from time to time, but hey, who can resist those irresistible puppy antics? Im also house and crate trained! My "good girl" vibes and my signature wiggle butt are always on display, and I'm here to make your heart melt.

When it's time for leash walks, count me in! I've got the hang of it and will happily walk by your side as we explore the world together. Walking with you is the highlight of my day.

Meeting new furry pals is my absolute jam! I'm a social butterfly in the doggie world, and I can't help but wag my tail with excitement when I'm around fellow canines. I play and interact wonderfully with them and know when to give space to those who prefer their alone time.

And speaking of mysteries, I'm on a mission to befriend those enigmatic creatures known as cats. I'm intrigued by them, and when I'm on a leash, I stay relaxed. If a cat hisses at me, I take a step back - no need for any trouble with kitties!

I'm a quick learner who takes new situations in stride. While I'm shy in new situations, I do adapt and my human friends are discovering more about me each day.
