Description:
Dexter has so much love to give! This handsome puppy gets along with everyone and has a very loving personality. Dexter has double dew claws so could be a Great Pyrenees mix and will grow into a big love bug.
Dexter enjoys playing with you, other dogs and even cats! He love playing fetch and tug-of war! He spends most of his time in his bed with a bone but he loves to curl up with you on the couch and will beg to sleep in your bed. He’s only 6 months old so he still has a lot of playful puppy energy to burn off so he enjoys walks around the neighborhood, hiking and trips to the dog park.
He is leash trained, crate trained and mostly potty trained but he is a quick learner and just needs some more one on one attention and someone with some patience.
Dexter is a super sweet, pure love little (soon to be Big) Boy. We love him very much and can’t wait for you to love him too!
Dexter's rescue story: Dexter was hit by a car and taken to a shelter with a broken and dislocated hip. Thankfully we were able to get him the medical attention he needed and he’s on the road to recovery. He’s walking about 90% of the time on his rear leg is healing from hip surgery.
