Niki is a happy, silly girl who will win you over with her goofy expressions and chatty banter! Yes, this girl loves talking to her human.

Niki was rescued from a high-kill shelter but instantly adjusted to the good life, enjoying high fashion in her foster home. This smart and sassy girl also already knows some basic commands like “sit”, “shake” and “wait” and is house trained.  She doesn’t seem to mind her crate, but loves curling up on a bed.

With medium energy level, Niki can join you for a game of fetch and tug of war or Netflix and chill by your side.  She has had positive interactions with both people and dogs. Niki enjoys quiet nap time and hasn’t exhibited any destructive behaviors and has been a perfect house guest.

Niki is learning her leash manners and would like to continue to practice them in her new home.

She’d do well in many households. She’s not spooked by noises, so an apartment should be fine and she’s just the perfect, medium- size! While Niki would welcome a dog friend, she would also be content just being your best gal pal.
