My name is Oscar. My sister and I barely weighed two pounds when we were rescued from Brownsville, Texas. We were part of an an “oopsie litter” and were not wanted by our owners. I like to play with toys and run and play! Foster moms also says I’m easy to potty train. When you leave me I will howl for 3 seconds, but foster mom says it’s adorable. I like to snuggle in bed with you!
