My name is Stevie Nicks and the last human I was with pushed me out of their car along the side of the road with my siblings. I thought they were coming with us because our collars and leashes were still attached, but they just drove off! Despite this heartbreaking betrayal, I LOVE people! I’m a velcro dog that loves cuddling with humans and I expect belly rubs. While I do well with other pups, I am more interested in you so I might not be a playmate for another pup in your home but will co-exist just fine. While I enjoy my naps while you are home working or chilling out watching football on the couch, I do have quite a bit of energy so I need someone who will make sure I get exercise. I’m making progress on my potty training but it’s still in progress. So far I’m not much of a barker or chewer, but I’m still getting settled in at my foster home. I have not yet been introduced to a crate, so if you plan to crate me, a slow and gradual introduction would be needed. My foster mom says I’m one of the most adoptable dogs she’s had the pleasure of fostering, so you better hurry up and apply for me!
