When it comes to dogs, you can’t find a more perfect house fur family member than Stretch! He has been such an easy house guest in his foster home and quickly just wanted to be apart of his new dog pack and human pack. He also leaves his cat friends alone. He is very at ease around new dogs, just wanting to sit close to them or touch them. He can chew a toy or bone side by side with another pup without being protective of his toy but loves playing tug of war with his fur friends. He is easy on a leash and is so house trained, he will come right up to his foster mamma to nudge her when he needs to go out.  He likes sleeping in bed with his foster mom and other dogs and just loves affection.

Stretch was going to be euthanized at a local shelter due to their space constraints and his broken leg. Thankfully, we picked him up just in time! He will be having surgery on his front leg on May 31st and we won’t know until that time if his leg can be saved or if it must be amputated.  But no worries, either way Stretch gets around great on 3 legs! He will be happy dog either way.
